Our client is looking for a Customer Service Officer to support the day-to-day operations of their education centre, where they teach and nurture primary and secondary school students.

You’ll be the friendly bridge between parents, students, teachers, and colleagues — ensuring great communication and creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage, coordinate, and facilitate class schedules for the centre.

• Handle walk-ins, calls, and online enquiries — providing helpful course consultations to parents and students.

• Support day-to-day administrative operations to keep the centre running smoothly.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Great interpersonal and communication skills — you enjoy talking to people and working with children.

• Able to coordinate and liaise with parents and teachers

• Able to work independently or as a team and able to prioritize work on hand

• Min. GCE 'N' Level

• Candidates with customer service experience from other industries are welcome to apply too
