Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Act as the primary diplomatic interface between the company’s internal engineering teams and high-profile clients, including Developers, Architects, and Property Managers.
- Build and sustain deep-rooted relationships with client procurement and facilities leadership to secure Diamond Glass as the "preferred partner" for long-term contracts.
- Translate complex Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) protocols (Rope Access, Gondola operations) into clear, reassuring safety briefings for clients and the public.
- Serve as the immediate communications lead for on-site emergencies (e.g., glass cracks or leaks), ensuring clients are updated instantly to minimize operational disruption and reputational damage.
- Act as a "diplomatic bridge" to resolve disputes regarding project timelines, site access, or quality of works, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the client and the technical team.
- Proactively conduct site walkthroughs with clients to identify pain points; translate these technical needs into persuasive service proposals for A&A or R&R works.
- Lead the negotiation and closing of high-value service contracts and Variation Orders (VOs), balancing profitability with client satisfaction.
- Ensure all on-site staff and sub-contractors uphold the professional image and "Premium Service" standards expected at iconic Singapore venues.
- Facilitate seamless communication flow between the client’s facilities team and the company's internal engineering and manufacturing divisions.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities within ongoing site expansions or refurbishment projects through active networking and site presence.
Job Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 5+ years in the Facade or Glass industry / customer service within Singapore, with a proven track record of managing high-stakes corporate accounts.
Exceptional "people skills"—the ability to remain calm under pressure and influence stakeholders at all levels.
