Job Description
📞Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team. 📒
Location: Central
Working Hours: 8.45am - 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Benefits: AWS, PB and Medical
Basic Salary: Up to $3800
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries regarding shipments, pricing, delivery schedules, and documentation.
- Process customer orders, prepare shipping documents (Airway Bills, Bills of Lading, Invoices, Packing Lists), and track shipments until delivery.
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and forwarders to ensure timely and accurate shipment processing.
- Maintain and update records, reports, and databases for shipments and customer interactions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex matters as needed.
Requirements.
- Possesses min 2 years of relevant freight forwarding experience.
- Familiar with preparation of shipping documents and End-to-end process.
- Knowledge of shipping documentation and international trade procedures.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
