- Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding, Packing and Crating Services
- Position Title: Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding)
- Working Location: Loyang
- Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + PB + VB+ AWS + Medical Benefits
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high service standards, support customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities.
- Maintain service quality through standard procedures.
- Respond to customer enquiries on quotations and operations promptly and accurately.
- Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, and manage shipment arrangements, including cross-trade.
- Coordinate with customers and overseas agents on shipment activities.
- Understand import and export processes.
- Ensure timely completion of all documentation.
- Support sales and marketing activities when required.
- Manage customer issues and prevent recurrence.
- Maintain accurate data and reports.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of sea and air shipment procedures is preferred.
- Good communication skills and able to work well in a team.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work additional hours when required.
