Our client is a growing enrichment and tuition centre dedicated to helping students succeed. They are looking for a people-oriented and proactive Customer Service Executive who enjoys interacting with parents and students, and thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment.

Job Scope:

• Be the first point of contact for parents and students—handling walk-ins, calls, and enquiries professionally
• Manage class schedules, enrolments, and student registrations accurately
• Maintain and update student records and attendance in the system
• Handle fee collection, receipts, and basic administrative tasks
• Support day-to-day centre operations and ensure a smooth, welcoming environment
• Work closely with teachers to coordinate classes and student needs

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (comfortable speaking with parents)
• Experience in customer service / retail / hospitality / F&B is an advantage
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours
• Responsible, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working evenings/weekends

Working Hours: 3 weekdays + 2 weekend OR 4 weekdays + 1 weekend

Working Location: Island wide locations available

Salary: Up to $3,500
