Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the shop and to ensure that the products are well-presented and in accordance with brand and visual-merchandising identity.
- Mantaining strong floor presence to ensure each customer experience is positive.
- Actively work with garments - replenishing, folding, hanging, tidying, displaying, and merchandising.
- Follow up on sales routines, policies and guidelines and ensure sales target are exceeded.
- Recognize sales opportunities and maximize the revenue.
- Work closely with Store Operations team on stocks related activities.
- Organise CRM activities within the boutiques as per guidelines.
- Adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion retail.
- Presentable, energetic, self-motivated and a team player.
- Experience in concierge services is a plus.
- Able to commit retail hours (5 days' work week on retail working hours at 44 hours per week).
- People-oriented and possess a positive working attitude.
