· Attend to incoming enquires and prepare quotation

· Assist Customer Service Manager in carrying out sales and marketing activities

· Establish close relationship and rapport with decision makers

· Develop strategies and plans to generate sale orders and new account

· Compile and document customer’s requirements and draft Contract Agreement as and when required

· Liaise with Customer Service Manager to review and discuss the proposed contractual requirements

· Liaise with Logistic Coordinator to arrange for off-site delivery activities

· Verify and register customer’s complaint if any

· Preparation of sales contract agreement and/or quotation

· Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time

Working Day : Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
