Our client is looking for a Customer Service Executive to support the daily operations of a growing enrichment and tuition centre. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with parents and students, providing excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment.

You will be the first point of contact for enquiries and play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for families.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in, phone, and WhatsApp enquiries from parents and students
• Provide accurate information on courses, class schedules, and programmes
• Process student registrations, enrolments, and class arrangements
• Maintain and update student records, attendance, and administrative documentation
• Handle payment collection, invoicing, and basic cashiering duties
• Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the centre
• Coordinate with teachers and internal teams to ensure classes run smoothly
• Build positive relationships with parents and students through professional customer service

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a positive and approachable personality
• Organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends

Working Hours: 3 weekdays + 2 weekend OR 4 weekdays + 1 weekend

Working Location: Island wide locations available

Salary: Up to $3,200
