Job Description:

• Provide on-site support various teams within organization
• Provide on-site frontline concierge service
• Provide on-site support for room and AV/IT systems management
• Support with provision of office supplies and employee indents.
• Provide administrative and operational support for the daily topping up and up-keeping of pantries located at various floors across three primary locations.
• Manage the daily operations of the gym, including timely follow-ups on any maintenance works.
• Provide administrative support and content to drive the monthly promotion
• Provide administrative and operational support to plan.
• Provide on-site wayfinding/assistance (e.g. lost-and-found) for public visitors at the Public Concierge.

Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen
• Diploma in Business Management or relevant discipline

Other Information:

• Location: Bukit Gombak and Redhill (Weekly Rotation between both Location)
• Salary: $2,300 - $2,600
• Performance Bonus
• 14 Days Annual Leave
• Contract ended in Jan 2029
• Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Hours might be staggered subjected to team lead)
