My client is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative who enjoys coordinating, problem-solving, and delivering smooth end-to-end service experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in getting the details right, this role is for you.

Duties

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and professional support

• Prepare and issue quotations, acknowledge purchase orders, and generate invoices accurately

• Coordinate closely with internal teams on stock availability, order readiness, and delivery schedules

• Monitor and process customer orders to ensure accuracy and on-time fulfillment

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and expedite urgent requests with a solutions-oriented mindset

• Ensure delivery timelines and customer requirements are consistently met

• Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or order management role

• Strong communicator with good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• A collaborative team player who is also comfortable working independently

• Able to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
