Job Description
Supply Chain Executive – 6 Months Contract – Singapore
I am currently looking out for a Senior Associate – Supply Chain (Sales Support) to support the sales team in daily logistics operations, focusing on PO acceptance, on-time sales recognition across the region and inventory management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with 3PL providers on inbound and outbound shipments and resolve logistics issues to ensure timely delivery.
- Process customer POs across APAC, including invoicing, credit notes, price verification, and payment follow-ups with finance.
- Manage inventory transactions in ERP and perform monthly stock discrepancy analysis for consignment stock.
- Maintain shipping records, tracking details, and ensure all shipping documentation and approvals are in order.
- Analyse slow-moving stock and work with sales to improve inventory turnover.
- Prepare key reports such as inventory and weekly sales reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or Operations Management.
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory, or operations.
- Knowledge of export documentation and LC payment processes.
- Experience with ERP systems and strong Excel (Pivot Tables).
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
