Job Description
- Support the sales department with daily operations and customer interactions.
- Serve as the main point of coordination between customers, transporters, warehouses, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient logistics operations.
- Prepare and manage all documentation related to imports, exports, transshipments, and delivery order (D/O) releases.
- Verify shipment costs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Address customer inquiries regarding rates, shipment tracking, and other logistics-related matters in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with overseas agents and customers to ensure smooth shipment handling and resolve any issues.
