Job Description

Responsibilities
~ Perform assembly, installation, setup, and commissioning of semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
~ Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and optical issues to ensure optimal machine performance.
~ Execute machine upgrades, calibration, and customer buy-off testing according to technical specifications.
~ Provide technical support to customers via on-site service, remote calls, and user training.
~ Prepare service reports, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Requirements
~ Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field.
~ Minimum 2-4 years of experience supporting semiconductor equipment, high-precision/automated machine.
~ Strong knowledge of semiconductor machines, inspection systems, or vision system.Good understanding of machine vision components including cameras, lenses, and optical systems.
~ Strong troubleshooting skills with good communication ability and willingness to travel for onsite support
