Position: Customer Service and Membership Executive

Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Location: Stadium MRT or Bishan Stadium

Salary: $3000 - $3500 (depending on exp)

Job Purpose

We are seeking a Customer Service & Membership Executive to support the daily operations of sports club membership management, and general administration.

Key Responsibilities

Club Affiliation Management

• Manage and administer day-to-day club affiliation processes
• Process new and renewed club affiliations using online membership portal
• Maintain and update all club affiliation records and forms
• Keep an up-to-date database of Full Members, Affiliate Clubs, and Associate Clubs

Membership Administration

• Oversee daily membership operations, including new registrations and renewals
• Process memberships and maintain accurate records
• Verify that participants and judges in SG events hold valid memberships
• Distribute membership packs for new and renewed members
• Handle all membership-related enquiries in a professional manner

General Administration & Operations

• Manage general enquiries inbox and respond to correspondence
• Support sales and inventory management of SG merchandise and stock items
• Provide administrative support to the Community Development Team
• Assist with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth office functioning
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Admin, candidates with relevant work experience are also welcome to apply.
• At least 2 years of exp in administration or customer service
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken English)
• Proficient in Excel
• Interest or experience in sports sector will be an added advantage
