Role: Manage customer orders,support invoicing, and provide coordination between customers, logistics, & suppliers.

Working Hours: Mon to Thu: 7:00am – 4:30pm; Fri: 7:00am – 4:00pm / Salary：$2,200 - $2,800

Resposibilities:

• Receive and process orders via phone, email and system.
• Handle customized orders and notify production department.
• Issue and manage invoices, delivery schedules, and logistics communication.
• Follow up on customer payments and maintain accurate account status.
• Coordinate logistics team communications and phone messages.
• Manage office stationery, uniforms, and other related equipment.
• Prepare purchase orders and liaise with suppliers for stock requirements.
• Ensure office cleanliness and order at the end of the day.
• Rotate carrying company mobile phone and laptop to process orders.
• Manage logistics communication, office supplies, and maintain office order.

Requirements:

• Ability to build rapport and exercise patience during phone interactions.
• Basic skills to analyze inventory and payment status data.
• Ability and willingness to work on public holidays or work from home on public holidays.
• Efficient handling of weekly bill settlements and supplier invoices
