Job Summary

You will engage customers through cold calling to secure bookings, provide excellent customer service and reception support, manage invoicing and sales settlements, and contribute positively in a dynamic beauty and wellness environment.

Responsibilities

• Initiate cold calls to potential customers to secure service bookings and increase client engagement
• Deliver attentive customer service to address client inquiries and enhance satisfaction
• Manage reception duties including greeting clients and coordinating appointments efficiently
• Conduct reminder calls to clients to confirm upcoming appointments and reduce no-shows
• Prepare and process accurate invoices for services rendered
• Perform day-end sales settlement to reconcile transactions and maintain financial accuracy
• Adapt to a challenging work environment with a positive and outgoing attitude
• Communicate effectively and build rapport with clients to foster a sociable atmosphere
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for working in the Beauty and Aesthetic industry

• Competitive salary with commission and allowance

Working Hours

• Weekdays: 11am to 9pm
• Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays: 10am to 6pm

Off Days

• Six weekdays and one Sunday off per month, with public holiday replacement off
