Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service & Admin Executive to handle customer enquiries, manage service documentation, and support daily operations by coordinating closely with supervisors. This role is customer-facing and administrative in nature, ensuring smooth communication and proper follow-up for pest control services.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Handle incoming enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Respond to customer questions on services, schedules, and quotations
Manage customer feedback and complaints, escalating to supervisors when required
Follow up with customers on service completion and outstanding matters
Administrative & Documentation Support
Ensure service reports are properly completed and submitted by technicians
Prepare quotations, service summaries, and basic invoicing
Maintain accurate customer records and service history
Organise and file digital and physical documents
Coordination & Support
Liaise with supervisors to confirm service appointments and job completion
Assist with appointment booking and service confirmations
Support supervisors with scheduling updates and customer communications
General Office Duties
Assist with day-to-day office administration
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements
1–2 years’ experience in customer service, admin, or coordination roles
Comfortable communicating with customers in English
Proficient in MS Office / Google Sheets
Experience with CRM, scheduling, or service-related software is a plus
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Calm and professional when handling customer issues
Preferred Traits
Experience in pest control, facilities management, or service-based industries
Good follow-up and communication skills
Able to work independently with guidance from supervisors
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday (if applicable): 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
