Follow up on defects & ensure closure

Manage hotline / counter enquiries

Requirements

Minimum GCE “A” Level qualification

2–3 years of Public Relations experience (HIP projects preferred)

Able to communicate effectively in English and one other official language

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
