Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive who enjoys interacting with people and helping customers find the right solutions. In this role, you will manage enquiries, build long-term relationships and contribute to the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with enquiries and leads from various channels
- Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Convert enquiries into sales and achieve targets
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
- Maintain customer records and follow up regularly
- Support other team duties as required
Who We’re Looking For
- A go-getter who thrives on performance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken)
- Able to converse in Mandarin as job requires communication with Mandarin speaking customers
- Good interpersonal skills
