Job Description
Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
Salary: $5000-$6000
Working Location: International Business Park (Jurong)
1. Quality Support in Singapore with customer
2. Manage and maintain customer's key performance indicators (KPI), such as customer complaint rate and yields rate
3. Act as quality bridge between the company and customers to resolve issues
4. Received, process and track quality anomalies and feedback from customer
5. Know well for quality methods and quality tools
6. Good attitude to handle customer relationship
Requirement:
At least 3 years of related experience
Willingly to travel overseas for business purpose (1-2 trips per year)
