Job Summary

Support daily operational processes by handling enquiries, resolving issues, monitoring cases, and maintaining accurate records. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, timely support, and service continuity.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and administrative activities.
• Handle enquiries from drivers, fleet partners, and internal teams.
• Manage booking, assignment, and operational cases according to company procedures.
• Investigate and resolve issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Monitor operational activities to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support smooth operations.
• Use Google Workspace and AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity across shifts.

Requirements

• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and overnight shifts.
• Willing to work from the office 5 days a week.
• Able to follow procedures and handle tasks accurately.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage repetitive tasks consistently.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.).
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Able to multitask and perform well under pressure.
• Reliable, responsible, and accountable with a strong work ethic.

• Location: Tampines
• 5 days (8am - 5pm/2pm - 11pm/11pm - 8am)
• $15/hr
