Job Description
We are hiring a highly reliable, detail-obsessed, customer-first operations professional for a growing tech company building the all-in-one operating system for restaurants. The product goes beyond a typical POS. Our platform connects online ordering, in-store POS, kitchen operations, logistics, customer loyalty, integrations, and AI so restaurants can run on one single source of truth instead of juggling multiple tools.
In this role, you’ll work closely with restaurant owners and operators, ensure their setup is flawless, and be the person they trust when things matter most. You’ll own end-to-end merchant onboarding, manage live customer requests, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from day one.
Location: Singapore (Hybrid)
Salary: 4000-6000+ SGD
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end onboarding for new merchants, ensuring the product is set up accurately and on time.
Project manage merchant launches — coordinate timelines, track blockers, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Build strong, trusted relationships with merchants through clear, professional, and proactive communication.
Handle incoming customer requests and issues across multiple channels (WhatsApp, email, internal tools) and resolve them quickly with high standards.
Travel to merchant locations for hardware installation, system setup, training, and on-site troubleshooting (tablets, printers, networks).
Diagnose issues, provide clear solutions, and follow up to ensure full resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers, launches, and ongoing support.
Maintain accurate documentation and task tracking so all work is completed and recorded.
Consistently meet customer operations performance targets, including response time, resolution time, onboarding volume, and NPS.
What We’re Looking For
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Customer-obsessed and calm under pressure.
Comfortable with technology and hands-on troubleshooting.
Able to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
(Nice to have: F&B/hospitality, POS, onboarding, or startup experience.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards in both communication and work output
Requirements
Based in Singapore with valid work authorisation.
Full-time, in-office role with regular on-site visits.
