Our client is a well-established 3PL logistics service provider (MNC). Due to business expansion, they are recruiting a Customer Service / Operations Executive to support their logistics and e-commerce operations. They are located in East Singapore – easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries and service requests across multiple touchpoints
• Handle and resolve customer feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the internal system in accordance with SOPs
• Coordinate closely with Account Management, Operations, Warehouse teams, and customers
• Provide operational support for e-commerce activities, including returns, credits, tracking, and reverse logistics.
• Liaise with warehouse teams to manage inbound shipments and related operational issues
• Ensure accurate and timely inventory updates within the system
• Participate in ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as required

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within a 3PL Warehouse / logistics environment
• Hands-on exposure to customer service and logistics operations is essential
• Experience with WMS, CargoWise, and/or SAP systems is advantage
