Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute customer engagement initiatives across onboarding, retention and customer journey touchpoints
• Support campaigns to improve customer retention, cross-sell opportunities and customer value
• Develop targeted customer engagement strategies across digital and assisted channels
• Analyse campaign and customer data to identify trends and provide recommendations
• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reporting updates
• Manage leads and opportunities tracking, ensuring smooth coordination and process improvements
• Work closely with internal teams to support customer and business initiatives
