Job Description
Our client, a well-established MNC is seeking for a Customer Care Manager / Call Centre Manager / Contact Centre Manager - MNC - $ 7,000.00 + AWS + bonuses / Office hour
- Min a Degree in Customer Service Relation/ Hospitality / Tourism or relevant
- At least 5 years experience oversee a team of 50 to run daily call centre operation in a fast pace high volume environment
- Highly analytical, Strong communication and writing skills
- Confident to conduct presentation to top management
- Strong leadership qualities
Others
- Salary: Up to $ 7,000.00 + Attractive Bonuses
- 5 days work week, Office Hour
- EastCentral Area
