JOB SCOPE

1) Collaborate closely with different departments on curriculum initiatives and programme development.

2) Use both digital and traditional learning tools to design pedagogically sound educational content meant to be delivered to educators.

3) Research and analyse student learning needs through data review, feedback collection, and educational trend analysis to inform curriculum design.

4) Develop and write curriculum content that aligns with the Centre's educational standards, learning objectives, and assessment expectations.

5) Revise and improve existing curriculum.

6) Ensure that curriculum written is accurate and pedagogically sound.

7) Collaborate with Managers and team members to ensure a cohesive and consistent student learning experience across levels and subjects.

8) Incorporate feedback to continuously improve the curriculum and adapt to classroom realities.

9) Document all stages of the curriculum creation process to support future implementation, evaluation, and revision efforts.

10) Evaluate and mark English compositions and Mathematics assessment papers in accordance with internal standards and rubrics.

11) Provide classroom teaching support when required, with teaching duty limited to a clearly defined number of hours.

JOB REQUIREMENT

1) Bachelor Degree, equivalent or higher

2) Candidates with teaching background are preferred

3) Candidates should be experienced in developing English and Mathematics curriculum with editing programs

4) Proficient IT knowledge is required for online meetings and classes (e.g., Tencent, Zoom)

5) Proficient in working with Microsoft applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

6) Highly responsible, eager and capable to learn in their job

7) Weekend Work is required

8) Knowledge of Mandarin and English is essential for communication to all stakeholders

PREFERRED CANDIDATE’S BACKGROUND

1) Possessing professional certificate relating to education industry

2) Having Singapore primary, secondary and tertiary education experience

3) Certificate/diploma/degree offered by local Poly Technique or University

4) Obtain Grade B or higher score in O level English and Grade A or higher score in O Level Math or Science

5) Possessing 7.0 or higher score in IELTS
