We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Credit Risk Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading commodity trading firm. This role is critical in overseeing the credit risk function across a diverse portfolio of counterparties, including producers, traders, industrials, and financial institutions, in both developed and emerging markets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth credit analysis of counterparties including financial institutions, corporates, and state-owned entities.
• Assign internal credit ratings and recommend risk-based exposure limits.
• Perform ongoing monitoring and early warning analysis of credit risk profiles.
• Oversee and monitor the firm's credit exposure across physical and derivative commodity transactions.
• Work closely with front office, legal, and operations teams to manage structured trades and mitigate risk.
• Ensure compliance with risk appetite, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

 Requirements:

• Bachelors’ degree in a related field
• At least 8 years of Credit Risk experience
• Prior Compliance experience in a Trading house, ideally in Agri
• Able to work independently
• Ability to manage and work with regional stakeholders
