Working Days: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm
Salary: $3,000 - $4,500 + AWS + VB
Location: Lorong Chuan

Responsibilities:

• Research and verify customer credit data to establish or update credit lines
• Assess and recommend approval of credit limits
• Investigate and resolve invoice disputes to facilitate timely payments or credit issuance
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue balances
• Engage customers to secure payments and negotiate payment plans
• Place delinquent accounts on hold where necessary until payment arrangements are confirmed
• Recommend escalation of accounts to collection agencies when required
• Build and maintain relationships with external credit and collection agencies
• Maintain accurate records of credit risks, delinquent accounts, and related documentation
• Ensure timely updates of electronic and physical records
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in credit control or accounts receivable
