We are looking for a Content & Marketing Intern to help grow Bello Bueno, a pet essentials brand focused on creating cleaner and easier indoor living for pet owners.

This role goes beyond just editing — we’re looking for someone who can help us strategize, create, and grow the brand across TikTok and Instagram.

You’ll be working closely with the founder and helping bring content ideas to life, with plenty of room to contribute your own creative direction.

Responsibilities

Content & Social Media

• Edit and post TikTok / Reels content
• Add captions/subtitles using CapCut
• Repurpose existing content into multiple formats
• Upload stories consistently
• Help maintain an active and engaging social media presence

Content Strategy & Growth

• Research social media trends
• Suggest content ideas, hooks, and viral angles
• Study what captures attention and drives views
• Help strategize how to grow Bello Bueno organically

Content Creation

• Assist in planning and shooting content
• Be comfortable appearing in content when needed
• Help execute trend-based videos and reactive content
• Turn trends into brand-relevant content quickly

Affiliate Program Management

• Manage and communicate with affiliates / creators
• Help onboard new affiliates
• Track affiliate activity and performance
• Brainstorm ways to improve affiliate growth and sales

Basic Design Work

Using Canva / CapCut:
• Story graphics
• Repost templates
• Creator visuals
• Thumbnails / promotional assets

Requirements
• Familiar with TikTok & Instagram
• Basic CapCut editing skills
• Basic Canva skills
• Organised and responsive
• Able to communicate clearly
• Comfortable thinking creatively and independently
• Interest in pets preferred
• Poly / University students welcome
