We’re looking for a Creative Lead who thinks beyond interfaces. Someone who can connect brand, storytelling, design and technology into compelling experiences. You are a creative thinker, systems designer and visual storyteller who enjoys moving between strategy and execution. You care deeply about craft, lead with curiosity, and inspire confidence through the quality of your ideas.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction

• Lead the creative vision across brand, digital and experience projects from concept through execution.

• Translate complex business challenges into simple, compelling creative ideas.

• Establish and uphold a high standard of design quality, craft and storytelling across every project.

• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on creative execution.

Brand & Experience Design

• Create distinctive visual identities, design systems and digital experiences that are coherent across every touchpoint.

• Design websites, digital products and platforms that combine usability with emotional impact.

• Think holistically across brand, interaction, content and motion, not just screens.

• Develop scalable creative systems that enable consistency without sacrificing creativity.

Storytelling & Communication

• Present ideas with clarity and confidence to clients, leadership teams and stakeholders.

• Translate research, strategy and insights into narratives that inspire action.

• Create presentations, workshops and visual stories that help organisations communicate their vision.

• Use storytelling to strengthen design rationale and client alignment.

AI & Emerging Technology

• Integrate AI into research, concept development and creative workflows.

• Explore emerging technologies to unlock new creative opportunities and experiences.

• Continuously experiment with new tools and methods that improve both speed and quality.

• Help shape how AI is responsibly applied within design and creative practice.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor designers through regular critique, coaching and creative direction.

• Foster a culture of experimentation, learning and curiosity.

• Collaborate closely with strategists, writers, engineers and project managers to deliver integrated solutions.

• Champion creative excellence while balancing business objectives, timelines and technical feasibility.

Business & Growth

• Support business development through proposals, presentations and client workshops.

• Build trusted relationships with clients by acting as both a creative partner and strategic advisor.

• Identify opportunities to expand projects and create additional value for clients.

• Contribute to Aleph’s creative reputation through thought leadership, experimentation and innovation.

Prerequisites

• 6+ years of experience in creative, brand, digital, product or experience design.

• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative thinking, visual craft and problem-solving.

• Strong experience leading multidisciplinary creative projects from discovery through delivery.

• Excellent presentation, facilitation and storytelling skills.

• Strong understanding of branding, digital platforms, user experience and emerging technologies.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including strategists, engineers and business stakeholders.

• Curiosity to explore new technologies, AI and evolving creative workflows.

• Ability to mentor, inspire and elevate the people around you.
