Key Responsibilities

• Technical Excellence: Perform advanced hair services, including intricate coloring (balayage, highlights) and precision styling, often managing high-value, high-complexity client work.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Train junior stylists, lead on-the-job training, and maintain high standards of workmanship across the salon.
• Operational Management: Take ownership of salon KPIs, oversee operational efficiency, optimize inventory, and implement best practices in hygiene and safety.
• Strategic Growth: Develop, update, and implement new technical trends, styling techniques, and product knowledge.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 10 - 15 years of professional experience in high-end styling, with a proven track record in managerial or lead roles.
• Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in all aspects of hairdressing, including cutting, colouring, and advanced treatments.
• Leadership & Communication: Strong capability to mentor staff, manage conflict, and communicate with both staff and demanding clients.
• Certifications: Recognized diplomas or certifications in hairdressing and related, specialized techniques.
• Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of emerging trends, hair and fashion, and product innovation.
