Job Description

MAG is a full-service creative and advertising agency and we are seeking a versatile and driven Copywriter to shape the voice of MAG and/or its sister companies within the VMW Group. Check us out at www.mag.sg and www.vmwgroup.com.

You will create high-impact concept and content that connects with audiences across platforms, and help bring creative ideas to life through strong collaboration with our design and tech teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise creative ideas independently, and collaborate to enhance concepts with art, design, and tech teams
• Write compelling and sophisticated long-form and short-form copy for digital platforms, social media, annual reports, e-brochures and integrated marketing campaign
• Develop and contribute to content strategies for platforms, campaigns, and brand narratives
• Craft platform-specific copy for social media channels (IG, Tik Tok and FB)
• Write clear, engaging video scripts for marketing and branding videos and TVC.
• Translate complex concepts into human, persuasive messaging
• Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, SEO tools) for productivity and ideation
• Ensure all content is meticulously edited, proofread, and aligned with brand voice
• Deliver high-quality work efficiently, accurately, and before deadline

Job Requirements

• Wildly creative and strategic in thinking, with good marketing fundamentals.
• A relevant degree from a recognised university
• At least 2+ years of copywriting experience (creative/ advertising/ digital / design)
• Strong command of English — excellent grammar, clarity, tone
• Proven ability in concept, creative copywriting, long-form content, video scripting, and content / social media strategy
• Strong experience writing for social media platforms (Tik Tok, IG and FB)
• Meticulous in copy-editing and proofreading
• Experience in property marketing and/or Marketing in Tech / digital solutions is advantageous though not compulsory.
• Familiarity with AI writing / productivity tools
• A fast, responsible team player who thrives under tight timelines
• Confident generating ideas independently and collaborating to elevate team output
• Strong marketing fundamentals (including branding), complete with good knowledge of social media and new media trends.
• Good presentation skill
• Fresh University graduates with internship experience in digital and/or creative / advertising agencies are also welcome to apply.
