Supports CMII change request coordination and tracking, facilitates weekly Cross Functional Review meetings, and supports implementation readiness with Change Owners. Provides secondary support in product failure analysis to ensure root causes are understood and addressed.

1) Primary CMII role

Coordinates the change activity from the initial request to approval for implementation
Facilitates the weekly Cross Functional Review, prepare Agendas and Meeting Summaries

Track open CRs and actively Follow up with respective change owners for overdue/ pending actions for closure.    Support internal and external automotive audits (e.g., IATF 16949) with ensuring CRs are formally closed with proper evidence and traceability.

Prepare and update CR trackers and dashboards for regular review with the team.

2) Secondary Technical Support – Product Failure Analysis

Support CPE engineers with basic electronic circuit understanding (schematic reading, component function).

Assist in Product Failure Analysis (FA) by conducting product testing, circuit measurements, and
preparing FA reports

Support structured problem solving (5‑Why, root cause tracking, corrective action linkage).

Education / Experience      
Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
Experience in change control, manufacturing, and electrical product Failure analysis role.

Skills & Knowledge

• Understanding of Change Request / CMII concepts.
• Clear communication and willingness to learn CMII practices.
• Comfortable with Excel and data tracking.
• Detail oriented with good follow up skills.
• Able to read Circuit Schematics, BOMs, and work instructions.
• Exposure to failure analysis and production problem solving is an advantage.
