Job Objectives

As a Country Manager you will responsible for overseeing and managing sales revenue, after sales support and relationships between company and its channel partners in China.

This role is crucial for driving sales through indirect channels and ensuring your partners are will-equipped and motivated to sell your company’s product or services.

Role and Responsibilities

A channel sales manager often works between a few departments and typically oversee a few key responsibilities, including:

Developing channel sales strategies: Developing and implementing tailored sales strategies for your partners

Overseeing partner sales enablement: Creating and distributing collateral about your company’s products and services, so partners are equipped to sell them successfully;

Creating sales targets: Crafting achievable sales targets with partner teams, and monitoring progress against those targets;

Building incentive programs: To support continued channel growth, channel sales managers create incentive programs that resonate with partners;

Managing lead and deal processes: Building automated processes so partners can easily register deals and manage new leads is an integral function of this role.

    Job Requirements

1) Minimum Tertiary Education or above

2) Presentable & Team player

3) Good interpersonal, coordination and communication skills team player.

4) Proficient in spoken and written English/Chinese

5) Detail-oriented, multi-tasking, and able to deal with tight deadlines and stress.

6) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

7) Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales or customer relationship roles
