• Adecco is partnering with a public sector organization to support mental health and counselling initiatives.
• We are looking for a Counsellor to provide individual and group counselling, support supervisors in managing team well-being, and deliver educational programmes on mental health.
• Estimated start date: May 2026

The Talent

• Postgraduate degree in Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology (required).
• Experience in mental health and substance abuse counselling, both in individual and group settings.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and advisory skills.
• Basic proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferably a member of relevant professional bodies such as Singapore Association of Social Workers, Singapore Association for Counselling, or Singapore Psychological Society.

Job Description

• Provide face-to-face and group counselling for personnel, supporting emotional and mental well-being.
• Offer consultation and guidance to supervisors on managing mental health within teams.
• Collaborate with medical officers, psychiatrists, and psychologists to enhance mental health initiatives.
• Perform counselling hotline duty (2 × 24-hour shifts per month).
• Conduct educational sessions and workshops to promote mental health awareness and skills.
• Support programme logistics, scheduling, and materials preparation.
