Job Description
Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working Hours: Staggered Hours e.g. 8am-5pm/8.30am-5.30pm/9am-6pm/9.30am-6.30pm, M-F
Salary: Up to $3200 + 4% monthly allowance x 12 + VB
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle mail coordination, scanning, sorting, and redirection for clients and internal departments
- Assist with scanning and filing of bank statements, corporate documents, and standard correspondences
- Support corporate secretarial administration including document certification, notarisation, company searches, and file closure processes
- Update and maintain records in internal systems such as Viewpoint and Sentroweb
- Assist with CDD/KYC screening, profile updates, ongoing monitoring alerts, and follow-up on outstanding documents/reviews
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of compliance and risk assessment requirements
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field with 1 year of admin experience in bank/FI environment preferred
