Corporate Secretarial Executive ( Company Secretary )

Job Scope

• Manage and handle companie portfolios
• Perform corporate and secretarial duties (i.e. incorporation, prepare board resolutions and minutes, etc.)
• E-Meet clients and provide general advice on compliance requirements
• Perform other admin or secretarial ad-hoc duties as and when required
