Our client, a leading Global firm is seeking to recruit a Corporate Secretarial Professional to be part of their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• To handle a Portfolio of Singapore companies and their entities
• Provide end to end Corporate secretarial duties, and to ensure that the compliance is well adhered to
• Preparation of board resolution and meetings
• Liaise with auditors on queries on behalf of the clients
• Take care of filing work for annual return and financial statements with ACRA and lodgement of changes that are required to be updated with ACRA
• Responsible for onboarding of new clients
• Conduct client due diligence checks
• Ensure customers’ satisfaction by maintaining good relationship
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess minimum 3 to 4 years of related experience in the field of Corporate Secretarial
• Working experience in a CSP or Professional/law firm is of an advantage
• Certification in ICSA/CSIS/CGI qualification is preferred
• Positive personality with the ability to work well under stress
• Good team player
