Social Bar & Bistro is a premium dining and social venue located in the heart of Singapore's Central Business District. We provide quality dining, beverages and event experiences, catering to both individual customers and corporate clients. As we continue to expand our corporate events and private function business, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Manager – Corporate Sales & Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow corporate sales and private event revenue.
• Identify and secure new corporate clients for meetings, networking events, product launches, celebrations, business lunches and private functions.
• Build long-term relationships with customers, companies, event agencies and corporate partners.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals and strategic partnerships.
• Prepare customised event proposals, quotations and presentations for prospective clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation, contract confirmation and post-event follow-up.
• Work closely with the operations and kitchen teams to ensure successful execution of corporate events.
• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns aimed at increasing weekday corporate bookings.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop partnerships with nearby offices, tenants and organisations within the CBD.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates and business development plans for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate sales, business development, hospitality or event sales.
• Strong understanding of Singapore's corporate and hospitality market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with senior corporate stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated with strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to attend networking events and meet clients outside normal office hours when required.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following will have an advantage:

• Hospitality or F&B corporate sales
• Hotel sales or event sales
• Business development within restaurants, bars or lifestyle venues
• Event planning and client relationship management
