Corporate Event & Portrait Photographer (Full-Time)

Firefly Photography is hiring a full-time Corporate Event & Portrait Photographer to join our team.

This role focuses mainly on on-location assignments, photographing corporate and government events, branding portraits, and selected private shoots across Singapore.

You will cover events such as product launches, conferences, and ministerial visits, as well as photograph professional headshots, team photos, and brand imagery for organisations.

Most assignments involve corporate events and professional portraits for organisations and government agencies. Our photographers regularly cover projects for universities, national events, and established companies.

You will typically be assigned as the primary photographer for your shoots, responsible for managing the assignment and delivering the final edited images.

Around 90% of the work is on-site, with occasional studio sessions depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Photograph corporate and government events including launches, conferences, D&Ds, and VIP engagements

• Capture professional branding portraits on-site (headshots, team photos, lifestyle visuals)

• Handle selected private assignments such as family portraits or birthday shoots

• Direct group photos and guide subjects during shoots

• Manage the flow of assignments and ensure coverage of key moments

• Edit and deliver images using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop

• Coordinate with clients and internal team members before, during, and after assignments

• Attend site recces, project briefings, or assist with equipment preparation when required

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional photography experience, including freelance assignments for events, corporate clients, or agencies

• Comfortable interacting with clients and directing subjects during shoots

• Familiar with DSLR or mirrorless camera systems and external lighting

• Proficient in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop

• Own personal editing workstation

• Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when rostered

• Transport-ready; claims provided for early call times or remote venues

• Comfortable working in formal corporate and government environments

• Able to maintain professional appearance and punctuality at client events

Portfolio Requirement

Applicants should submit a portfolio that includes corporate events, portraits, or professional assignments. Applications without a relevant portfolio may not be considered.

Experience photographing corporate events, conferences, or official functions will be an advantage.

Work Schedule

• 5.5 to 6-day work week, depending on project load

• Weekday hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

• Shoots may take place during evenings, weekends, or public holidays

• Studio attendance required mainly for equipment collection or meetings
