• Industry/ Organization Type: IT/Rental (Photocopier)
• Position Title: Copier Technician
• Working Location: Ubi Ave
• Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon-Fri 8.30am–5.30pm, Alternate Sat 8.30am-12.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $3,000 + VB + OT Pay + Company Vehicle Provided
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Install and set up photocopier machines and connectivity at customer locations.
• Diagnose and repair equipment both on-site and off-site.
• Investigate and resolve maintenance and repair issues.
• Manage tool kits, spare parts, and supplies responsibly.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and adjustments on photocopiers.
• Provide excellent support by responding to customer needs promptly.
• Submit meter readings on time.
• Train and advise customers on machine operation and basic maintenance.
• Interact professionally with all customers.
• Build good relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.

• GCE O-Level or higher.
• Has valid driving license to go on site for servicing.
• Experience in repairing/service of copier machines is preferred.
• Customer service skills.
• Basic PC and network knowledge is a plus.
• Training will be provided.
