• Prepare ingredients and cook meals according to restaurant recipes and standards
• Follow proper cooking techniques and sanitation practices
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient operation
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines including HACCP
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cook in a similar environment
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience is a plus
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
