Souper Tang is opening a brand-new outlet in Singapore, and we’re inviting passionate individuals to join us on this exciting journey! Whether you’re building your culinary career or looking to grow your kitchen experience, this is your chance to be part of something meaningful.

We are hiring a dedicated and reliable Cook to support our kitchen operations and help deliver consistently great dishes to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
• Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately.
• Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients.
• Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare desserts.
• Disposing of rubbish.
• Organizing linen laundry.
• Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas.

Requirements:

• At least of 1 – 2 years of kitchen work experience in Chinese restaurants required; training will be provided.
• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food handling is an advantage.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and willingness to learn.
• Able to work 10 hours shift (6 days work week), weekends, and public holidays.
