Job Summary

As a Cook at Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, you willprepare food that meets quality standards, maintain hygiene and safety in thekitchen, and ensure timely setup of food service areas for events.

As a Cook, we rely on you to:

• Prepare food consistently to meet Shangri-La’s quality standards
• Follow Shangri-La’s service and hygiene procedures during food preparation to ensure safety and cleanliness
• Comply with all Health and Safety standards and policies to maintain a safe kitchen environment
• Verify food preparation requirements by accurately checking event orders and reservations
• Set up food service areas on time according to event schedules and reservation details

We are looking for someone who:

• Demonstrate passion for culinary arts through cooking or related experience
• Apply experience in cooking or culinary roles with a focus on food quality
• Maintain food hygiene standards during all preparation and service tasks
• Adapt to shift work as required by operational needs
