Job Description

• Preparation of food according to the established standards
• Monitoring food presentation and quality
• Cook and prepare assigned dishes for serving according to the menu
• Maintain high standard of hygiene, health and safety in the kitchen
• Cleaning of food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and washing of utensils

Performs any other duties assigned

Job Requirement

• 3 – 5 years of experience in traditional Cantonese/Teochew cuisine
• Good attitude, proactive and reliable
• Team player
• Maintain professional grooming and appearance
