Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support day-to-day kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils
- Wash, cut, and prepare ingredients for cooking
- Prepare a variety of dishes, including meat, seafood, and poultry
- Clean and restock workstations and display areas
- Uphold strict food hygiene and safety standards
- Assist the Head Chef and support the kitchen team as required
Requirements:
• Able to perform spilt shift, work on weekends and public holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods
• Passion for food and willingness to learn
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
