Applicant must be able to preparing ingredients, operating kitchen equipment, maintaining sanitation, managing food inventory and ensuring timely service. He also need to inspect ingredients freshness , managing stock and reordering supplies as needed. He may also need to assist other chefs and cooks to ensure smooth operations and timely food delivery. Cleaning of work areas, equipment and utensils to ensure a safe , sanitary and organized kitchen environment. Applicant also must have good hygiene habits.
