Job Summary

Prepare and cook prawn noodle dishes and assist with kitchen tasks to support smooth food preparation and service in a Chinatown location.

Responsibilities

• Prepare prawn noodle dishes following recipes to ensure consistent quality and taste
• Assist with kitchen tasks such as cleaning, ingredient preparation, and maintaining hygiene standards
• Manage cooking times and temperatures to deliver dishes promptly and safely
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and support kitchen operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with food safety regulations
• Adapt to working hours of 10 to 12 hours per day to meet operational needs

• Location: Chinatown
• Working hours: 10-12 hours per day
• Off days: One or two days off per week
• Salary: Starting from $3000, with sales target incentives, included OT
• Eligibility: Open to Singaporean, SPR, or LTVP holders only
