Job Description
We are seeking to fill the above role for one of our clients, a law firm specialising in real estate practice.
Job responsibilities:
- Handle full range of conveyancing matters such as purchase & sales, development projects, mortgages, transfers, leases, powers of attorney, stamp duties
- Prepare legal conveyancing documentation and handle e-lodgement/e-stamping etc
- Provide administrative support in legal documentation and secretarial work, conducting searches, billing, keeping deadlines
- Communicate with clients, banks and related parties relating to the conveyancing process
- Ensure smooth completion of conveyancing transactions
- Perform data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing and binding of documents
- All other secretarial / administrative duties assigned
Requirement:
- Education level: Diploma or Bachelor degree in relevant field of studies
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar role. Additional on-the-job training will be provided
Details:
- 5 days work week, 9am - 6pm
