Job Description

• Review,manage, and ensure compliance with project contracts, tender documents, and subcontract agreements
• Analyse contract requirements and provisions, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
• Ensure all contractual obligations and project requirements are properly executed and fulfilled
• Monitor contract progress, including submission of claims, certification processes, and maintain proper variation control systems
• Manage and resolve contractual disputes, and implement effective cost control measures
• Provide guidance to project teams on contractual matters, including interpretation of terms and conditions and risk management strategies

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry

• Good command of spoken and written English

• Strong knowledge of Singapore construction contract frameworks, including: PSSCOC, SIA Conditions of Contract and other relevant forms of contract

• Strong understanding of variations, claims, and dispute resolution processes

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and risk assessment skills
